Pennie Mills of Ladies Blend has had the pleasure of being in business and selling handcrafted items online, since 2002.  You can take comfort in knowing that she runs a professional, honest and ethical company and does her very best to ensure that your order reaches you in mint condition.  She goes above and beyond, so you can relax and enjoy your handmade items the way they are meant to be experienced.

Vegan friendly designs, "my jewelry does NOT include the use of pearls, shells or any other sea life.  There is NO leather, feathers, silk, bone or any other animal related materials utilized in any Ladies Blend designs.  Soy Candles are poured from a natural, pure soy wax that is a product of domestically sourced, herbicide, pesticide and gmo free soybeans."

If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, you may return the item(s) within 25 days for an exchange or a full refund, minus shipping charges. Returned items must be unused and not damaged by recipient. Customer pays for all shipping costs involved in return transactions of non-damaged goods, and in turn, our company will not charge the customer a re-stocking fee.  Refunds and exchanges will not be made until the items have been returned/received and inspected.   There are no refunds for Gift Certificates and/or Wholesale orders.

Business Office Hours:  Weekday office hours vary depending on my projects.  If you telephone and receive voice mail, please leave a message, phone calls and emails will be replied to as soon as possible.  The office is always closed from Friday at noon until Monday morning and on all Holiday's.

Processing your Order

Every attempt is made to process your order in a timely manner.  Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days, however, at certain times, it may take longer. If more time is is necessary, I will contact you.  

Shipping Information

I ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and UPS, there is no handling fee, only actual shipping charges. Shipping charges are determined by weight and distance traveled from Ladies Blend (32934) to you.  Charges for shipping are automatically calculated at checkout, where you will have the opportunity to select your carrier/service of choice.  At this time, ordering and shipping is offered within the United States.  We offer Free USPS First Class Shipping for all handmade jewelry.

100% Satisfaction

If you receive damaged goods, please call us promptly at (321) 254-8386 or email us at info@ladiesblend.com for a replacement or refund.  Save the shipping and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

Sample Requests

We do not provide free samples to the public. This is in order to keep costs down and pass the savings onto our customers. At our discretion, complimentary items may be included with various orders.

Ladies Blend follows the state of California Health and Safety Code Section 25214.1-25214.4.2.  We do not use/sell components/items that do not fit under Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3, CA Jewelry-Making Materials Classification and/or California Proposition 65.  Our jewelry is not for children-age 12 and under.

At LadiesBlend.com, we are aware of our responsibility to protect your privacy and any customer/client information submitted to us. Please be assured that any information collected from you will not be used for any reason other than fulfillment of your order. On occasion, if you have registered on our site, you may receive an e-mail from Ladies Blend notifying you of new products and special sales. We do not sell or rent our customer/client list.
