Ladies Blend Hydrotherapy Body Soaks are made with naturally and ethically harvested salts sourced from the mineral rich waters of the Caribbean Sea and certified organic or wildcrafted herbs. Pure, simple and naturally effective for treating a variety of ailments.

Coarse chopped, fresh dried, very fragrant herbs are blended with smooth and completely free flowing (no lumps or hard clumps) sea salts. There are no essential oils added to these particular blends, the beautiful aroma that will permeate as you open the sealed jar is 100% herbs & flowers.

Although one of the oldest therapeutic applications, hydrotherapy is highly recognized as an important agent by esteemed and reputable health care professionals. Effective treatments can range from complex to different and contrasting water temperatures (in any of its three forms), to quite simple procedures.

We have combined our education and knowledge of massage therapy (which includes hydrotherapy) and medicinal botanicals to introduce the first two specific herbal hydrotherapy home treatments. The herbs and flowers were selected based on their properties, contributions and benefits in relation to each specific ailment/treatment. The natural unrefined sea salts are rich in minerals, they help to stimulate circulation, hydrate the skin, promote cellular regeneration, draw out toxins and soothe sore muscles.

Skin Soother Bath

This healing hydrotherapy soak will help detoxify the skin and ease the uncomfortable feeling associated with dry, itchy skin conditions and minor abrasions. Key Ingredients are Sea Salt, Organic herbs of Fair Trade Chamomile Flower, Comfrey Leaf, Stinging Nettles Leaf, Yarrow Flower, Red Rose Petals & Buds-cultivated without chemicals and Organic Oat Flour.

Stress Less Bath

Stress is all too common and is often dismissed or given a colorful name. It is what it is and we all could do better with a healthy outlet for it. This particular soak will help draw out the tension and toxins and will stimulate your senses, your mind will slow and be at ease. Key ingredients are Sea Salt, Organic herbs of Fair Trade Chamomile Flower, Lavender Flower, Lemon Balm, Peppermint Leaf and Red Rose Petals & Buds-cultivated without chemicals.

To Use

Inside the jar on top of the mixture is a mini ziplock bag that contains a re-usable all natural muslin drawstring pouch. You can add several scoopfuls of the soak to the pouch; this will contain the herbs and allow the salts to easily dissolve in a warm water bath. When you are finished with your bath, simply empty the herbs from the pouch, you may discard, compost or sprinkle them in your garden. Rinse out the pouch, air dry and use for your next treatment.
