Chamomile & Fennel Facial Water
Facial Water for dry or puffy skin... Mix together Chamomile and Fennel, enough of each to make one ounce. Add one cup water and macerate with the back of a wooden spoon. Infuse cold for twenty minutes, then heat gently (in a non-metal pan) for 10 minutes. Cool and strain, delicate enough for the most sensitive skin. Store in the refrigerator.
