We all have items on hand that are not just for feeding and nourishing our bodies from the inside, they also provide wonderful textures and ingredients for treating our skin on the outside. From avocados to strawberries, there's something for everyone. Prepare a special treatment for your own quiet time or invite the girls over to whip up some gourmet creations and share each others concoctions. Each recipe has a printable version which does not include the picture, to save your ink. I tend not to measure for recipes of this nature, but I did add measurements to ease those that are weary of making anything without measuring first. Please feel free to adjust any amounts to suit your needs. Mix recipes just prior to using and discard any leftovers.
